Frequently Asked Questions:

• When I click on the link for a crew folder, I do not have access, how do I get access?

  • Text Brooke (stage manager) at 720-421-5827 and leave your name and SCHOOL email​

• I will be missing when I am needed at rehearsal, who do I tell?

  • YOU need to fill out an absence form (go to general and click on the link) AND tell your crew head the same info you included on the form so that they can help figure out who can cover you if need be. In addition, please tell Brooke and your directors in person.

• There's an error on the website, who should I tell?

  • Text/email Brooke at 720-421-5827/schowbm@s.dcsdk12.org

• Turns out, I can actually make a rehearsal I said I will miss, how do I not get marked absent?

  • Find Brooke at rehearsal, or let your crew head/manager know. If for whatever reason you are incorrectly marked absent, text Brooke with the details.
